Exchanges and Returns

In store and online purchases can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days. If the item is new and unused, with all the labels intact, in its original packaging and bought at full price, you’ll get a full, no quibble refund. In some instances, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. These include underwear, swimwear, eyewear, and perfumes, as well as products which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged.

 EXCHANGES - RETURNS

If you wish to replace an item this can only be done by sending a request to eshop@mikithumb.com writing:

- name and surname, address, payment method used

- article codes that are to be returned with a brief motivation.

- codes of the items you wish to receive as a replacement.

 The company will send instructions of how to proceed; please check your junk mail box if you don’t receive the email

For items purchased at full price, the shipping and reconditioning costs charged to you are:

- € 9 in Italy;

- € 25 for European Union countries;

- € 30 outside the European Union within Europe

 

For items discounted and / or purchased during sales and / or promotions, the shipping and reconditioning costs charged to you are:

- € 12 in Italy (there are no costs if the items are delivered to our shop Miki Thumb,via Fiamma 40 20129 Milano).

- € 40 in the European Union.

- € 70 outside the European Union Union and the United Kingdom.

REFUND

 

We aim to get your money back to you as soon as you’ve returned your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund items lost or damaged in transit.  The shipment is at the risk of the customer, Miki Thumb Srl Unipersonale is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery.

 

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

Miki Thumb Srl Unipersonale reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

 

Debit or credit card payment

Our refund will be issued to your original payment card within 8 days of us receiving the returned item(s). However, some payment providers can take up to 14 days to credit your account. When the return is processed, we'll send you an email confirming your refund.

Bank Transfer

For orders paid by bank transfer, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer and will be available after 3-4 working days.

Paypal payment

If you paid by PayPal and return your purchases via post or our courier service, your payment will be refunded to the same Paypal account.

 

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND SIZE CHANGE

(Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005))

 The Customer, who qualifies as a “Consumer”, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the Customer (or a third party appointed by him) has received the product or, in the case of multiple products delivered separately with a single order, has received the final product.

Customers wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify the Seller by written declaration, which can be sent by registered mail or via email to eshop@mikithumb.com, containing all the necessary and useful information.

To send one or more returns to Miki Thumb Srl Unipersonale, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:

 

1. All items for sale on the eshop.mikithumb.com site are delivered to the customer with an original authenticity tag attached to the garment. The garment must eventually be tried on without removing the tag. The return will be accepted only with the tags intact. In no case will returns be accepted with tags cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.

2. The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.

3. The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packed and packaged appropriately.

4. All other labels on the garment, both in fabric and pending, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.

5. The goods to be returned must be physically and uniquely delivered to the Express Courier no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery.

6. The customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or article, must forward the return procedure to eshop@mikithumb.com.

7. Returns of underwear, swimwear, eyewear, and perfumes will not be accepted.

 In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Miki Thumb Srl Unipersonale reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter's expense.

 

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.
